Delivery Information and Refund Exchange Policy
Our Processing times are usually next day however it may take 7 working days to process the order on our system due to restocking or ordering the goods from our supplier. Please note this is different from delivery of your product we aim to deliver your product within 7 - 10 working days. This excludes any custom made jewellery which takes between 15 - 30 days as they are ordered to your requirement.
We use various methods for delivery: Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, FEDEX and an inhouse delivery team. Which ever method is used we will notify you via email the day before delivery.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
You have 28 days to return item(s) from the time you receive the item(s). Please be aware that any item that's seal has been broken, has been used or is not in resalable condition will not be accepted for a refund/exchange.
We only issue refunds on products that are manufacturing defect please note: we do not accept transit damage as we have no control over delivering your goods unless it is delivered by our inhouse delivery team then we take full liability for goods in transit damage.
In addition there is no refund on Jewellery items such as earrings, nose studs or rings or any form of body piercing due to hygiene reasons.
We do not offer refund or exchange once you have received your goods due to a change of mind unless stated above - if the product is manufactured fault or in house transit damage.
Please be aware we will check all jewellery items before sending to you to ensure no damage to the item(s). This will also be the case for items which are not sealed.
NO REFUND or exchange is awarded on custom made jewellery unless faulty.
Full refund is awarded or exchanges accepted before the goods have been dispatched to you.
